I am pleased to share with you an overview of our recent Ofsted inspection that took place in January 2025.

Across the 2 days, inspectors held meetings with Mrs Tomlinson, senior colleagues and members of the Governing Body. They also observed lessons, students' work and spoke with teachers, students and parents.

The AJA Team are extremely proud of our final report and how it captures what we do here at Aughton. 

"Everyone is valued here. Staff have created a culture of high expectations, rooted in the school’s values of ambition, respect, kindness and self-belief, that is palpable across the school community," Ofsted 2025.
