Ofsted Report
Our most recent Ofsted inspection recognises the school’s commitment to providing a high-quality education within a caring and inclusive environment. The report highlights our strong focus on pupils’ personal development, positive behaviour and attitudes to learning, underpinned by our values of kindness, resilience, respect, ambition and self-belief. Inspectors noted the impact of our engaging, active learning approach and the dedication of staff in supporting pupils to achieve well and feel safe, happy and supported in school.
The most recent Ofsted inspection took pleace in January 2025 and the full report from their visit can be found below.
Across the 2 days, inspectors held meetings with Mrs Tomlinson, senior colleagues, staff members, pupils and members of the Governing Body. They also observed lessons, students' work and spoke with teachers, students and parents.
The Aughton Team are extremely proud of our final report and how it captures what we do here at Aughton.
