School Day Timetable
Breakfast Club
Breakfast club runs every morning from 7:40 until 8:40am. To bring your child to breakfast club, please enter school via the driveway, and through the front entrance at reception where a member of the AJA Team will greet you.
There are a wide variety of cereals and fresh toast, as well as fun activities to stimulate and entertain available.
We ask for £1.50 per day including breakfast.
There is no need to book a place however it would be helpful if you could let us know in advance if you will be using breakfast club.
Assemblies
At Aughton Junior Academy, we have an assembly each day of the week which includes special occasions, learning about our wonderful world and fundamental British Values through our Hall of Fame assemblies.

| Thursday | Hall of Fame Assembly which is focussed on a famous artists, mathematicians, scientists, composers, athletes and historical cultural figures i.e Florence Nightingale, Martin Luther King, which linked directly to our AJA curriculum. |

Show and Shine which is a celebration assembly including attendance and class of the week.

School Council have met to discuss which awards they would like for Show and Shine assembly which teachers nominate a pupil each Friday from every class.
